How to Use a Coupon
You can enter a coupon code during checkout to receive a discount. After typing in your code, click
“Apply” and the total amount will be updated automatically.
Please make sure to apply the code before moving to the next step, otherwise the discount will not be reflected.
Desktop & Mobile Guide：
On mobile devices, tap "Show order summary" to reveal the field where you can enter your coupon code.
Important Notes:
- Enter the code exactly as provided, without any extra spaces.
- For best accuracy, we suggest copying and pasting the code.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Some products may not be eligible depending on the promotion rules.
1. Can I use multiple coupon codes in one order?
Only one coupon code can be applied per purchase. If you have more than one code, you can use them in separate orders.
Any available wallet balance can still be combined with a coupon.
2. Why is my coupon not working?
Here are a few common reasons:
- The discount applies to the regular price, not already discounted items.
- The coupon may have expired.
- Your order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement.
